? Do note that there is the possibility that the rivet cover or charm came off, you can simply stick back using store-bought adhesive glue.
? Card slots are usually tighter and will expand over time to keep the card in place in the long run.

? The name is punched on with metal alphabet tools, we will try out best to ensure the name stay as clear/deep for all strap but do note that some strap may fade over time.
