FAQ:
1. How do you pack your bottles?
We use a REUSED box and use crushed paper as padding. This is our norm, but sometimes more packaging is used.
2. What is my bottle bottom is not perfectly moulded?
A small number of bottles do not have a perfectly molded bottom, they are NOT cracks, and they have passed QC as they are fully functional. It may be some smudging, lines, etc. If you look at the bottom of your bottle often or cannot accept this FACT, please do buy from competitor and tell them your thinking when you dispute with them, thanks. Alternatively, go for a brand that paints their bottles.
3. How do I self-collect?
Currently no self-collection.
4. My bottle has lines going up and down, what are they?
Nalgene Bottles are made from moulds, so where the moulds meet there are lines. All Nalgene Bottles have these, some more obvious than others, bigger bottles tend to be more obvious. If you can't accept these lines, go for another brand. Do note these lines even more visible at the bottom of the bottle. Note these lines are neither straight not symmetrical.
5. What is Sustain labelled on some colours?
Nalgene since Q2 2022 only manufacture Sustain bottles made from Tritan Renew (same quality as original, but with 50% of it is derived from recycled plastics). Sustain models feature the Sustain Logo somewhere on the bottle. All models/colours are Sustain, unless listed as (Regular), which are older stock
6. Why is my logo different from stock picture?
Nalgene frequently changes their logo design, colour, positioning, etc. We cannot keep changing our stock picture, so if your requirements are specific, do buy retail, thank you.
