Simply thaw the product in the chiller & give the oysters a rinse under running water to remove any remaining particles. They are ready to serve once shucked.

FAQ:

- How will my order be packaged?

All products will be packed in ice for maximum freshness. Orders under $50 nett (excluding delivery fees) will be packed in carrier bags with ice to minimise packaging waste. Orders above $50 nett (excluding delivery fees) will be packed with ice in our ice boxes.

- Who will contact the customer prior to delivery / if the customer is not at home?

An automated SMS reminder will be sent to the customer the day before delivery.

- What happens if a customer is not a home for the delivery? Will there be a redelivery/extra chargers?

Due to the nature of the products, the SOP in such a situation will be to leave the package at the customer's doorstep if they are not at home, as the products will not be usable even if they are returned. We will not be responsible for missing items for products left at the doorstep.
